Oakcha is probably the best dupe house tbh. I’ve tried Dossier (it’s horrible), Alt (meh), and Oakcha/ Oil Perfumery and I have the all OG scents. OilPerfumery is on point for most of the dupes. They recently had a sale and I was excited to try more, so I ordered three more bottles . Allegedly Kent Garden is a dupe of a Jo Malone fragrance, but by no means have I purchased English Pear & Freesia prior. Personally I loved Kent Garden! That being said, what bothers me about Oakcha is that I can't seem to find an independent reviewer that hasn't been subject to a pretty aggressive advertising campaign by them.
